Mark is not your typical business attorney. He understands business, and takes a practical “business approach” to creating legal solutions for his clients.
Before becoming an attorney, Mark had several years of profit and loss responsibility in business; and obtained a Master’s of Science in Business before attending University of Texas Law School.
Mark has more than twenty-two years experience in business litigation and transactions.
Mark understands that business people want clear, concise explanations of the issues so they can understand their options when they – as opposed to their attorney – make decisions that affect their business.
Specialties: contracts; incorporations and LLC’s; asset and stock sales; and employment, maritime, real estate, unfair competition and trade secrets litigation.
